MAZDA CLUB PRIVILEGE CARD - by BERMAZ

Dear Mazda members,

As we have informed earlier, we intend to issue “Mazda Club” cards to members of your respective clubs and owners of Mazda cars. The bearer of the card (non-transferrable) will be entitled to some discounts from products and services provided by Berjaya subsidiaries, i.e. Pizza, coffee, fast food, hotels, books & stationeries, etc. We would appreciate it if you could submit to us the particulars of your club members, so that we may issue the cards for them to enjoy these benefits. Please be advised that the information gathered via this Mazda Club card application is solely meant for Mazda Club activities and promotions and will not be given to other parties without the consent of the applicant.

Attached is Mazda Club Card application format. Please forward to your members, compile and submit to us . We will inform you of the benefits and privileges soon.
